We understand running a business in the UK for non-residents is difficult, Finding the right address and the right supplier is always difficult. Therefore, In addition to our registered office address facility, and due to excessive demand from our local & overseas clients, we have recently launched mailbox services as well.

How it Works:

You will simply buy a Mailbox from ACCOTAX.
You will be given a specific number, and your mail will be kept in your mailbox.
You can come and collect your post during office hours.
Or we can forward the post to you at an additional cost on a weekly, monthly basis. Cost of postage plus £7.50 for each document posted.

Packages & Prices:

We offer two different sizes of mailboxes.

Standard: 30cm L x 38cm W x 22cm H – £50 plus vat per month

Large: 30cm L x 38cm W x 33cm H – £60 plus vat per month

All the payments are required 3 months in advance. You will be eligible for a 10% discount where you pay upfront for 12 month

Other terms, in addition to our Standard Terms.

We can collect the parcels on your behalf, if they’re too large for your mailbox, we can arrange to hold them securely for 24 hours free of charge (we can hold one or two larger parcels not multiple)
Prices are per calendar month excluding VAT and our minimum term is three month’s rental.
When you no longer need your mailbox, simply give us one month’s notice either in writing or over email. We’ll then calculate any refund that you might be due.
The mailbox must not be used for any illegal activities.
